So far in 2009 36 West End Condos have expired from their listing contracts and they remain unsold. Yes, the Real Estate market has changed drastically in the past eight months however, properties that are priced and marketed well are selling (we have seen 82 sales of Condos in the West End this year). Of these 36 Expired listings 18 had five or fewer photos, this is not acceptable, great photos are the backbone of a great marketing plan.
