If your home is valued at $250,000 and you borrowed $200,000, a mortgage could still be registered against your home for $312,500.</div>

So if your home is valued at $250,000 and you have $50,000 down, then your mortgage is $200,000. And with a standard charge your mortgage is registered at $200,000. If you wanted a line of credit, for example, you would have to reapply.</div>

      <description><![CDATA[<h2>Classic French Bistro meets Vancouver's West End</h2>

<p>Just wanted to share with everyone this fantastic new French restaurant that I went to the other night in the West End of Vancouver. &nbsp;This place is called Le Parisien and it is located at 751 Denman Street in the West End of Vancouver, the menu is said to reflect classic bistro dishes and flavours from the left bank of France. &nbsp;We decided on a Friday evening to give this new West end restaurant a try, we made a reservation for 8pm and thankfully we did as when we arrived the place was full of groups having amazing looking meals. &nbsp;We were greeted by a smiling hosted who took our coats and then seated us at a nice table for 2 that gave us enough space to have a conversation without feeling like the tables next to us could hear. &nbsp;Our server came and introduced herself and let us know the specials, she went over the wine list for us to see if we needed any help picking a wine. &nbsp;That night they had a strange side menu that had small share plates of food items that you would not usually eat like tongue, crispy pig&rsquo;s ears and more. &nbsp;<br><br>After deciding on a wine we moved over to the food menu, we decided not to get the 4 course set menu this time around even though it look amazing and a great value. &nbsp;We decided to give some of the crazy share plates a try and then have an entree each, we started with an oyster Rockefeller, squash croquette and to be brave we tried the crispy pigs ears off the crazy menu; all of these were very good and believe it of not the crispy pigs ears were AWESOME. &nbsp;For entrees we decided on the Mussels and frites and also the trout which came with seasonal veggies, we shared these and enjoyed every bit of them. &nbsp;A huge plus for Le Parisien is that the prices are very fair for fine dining in Vancouver with entrees priced from $19 to $25.<br><br>The Le Parisien was a wonderful experience all around with friendly staff, great tasting food and good prices, so if you are looking for French food in Vancouver then try this place out. &nbsp;You will not be disappointed.<br><img src="http://storage.ubertor.com/adamknight.myubertor.com/content/image/6992.jpg" alt="per2.jpg"><br><br>Le Parisien<br>751 Denman Street<br>604.687.1418<br>www.leparisien.ca<br><br>&nbsp;<iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/cxiJGStbs60?rel=0" frameborder="0" width="425" height="350"></iframe></p>]]></description>

<p>For those who have not walk down <st1:street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Denman Street</st1:address></st1:street> or are new to the West End
of Vancouver there is a Butcher in the neighbourhood and a gourmet meat shop
with so many options to fill you belly. &nbsp;Tangos Gourmet Meat Shop has been
a staple in the <st1:place w:st="on">West End</st1:place> for many years now
and has been serving up choice cuts of meat to its happy clients. &nbsp;I
myself frequent this amazing store because I know I am getting great meats that
are cut right in front of me from a person with passion. &nbsp;I was in
yesterday and wanted a roast for 2, after talking about the different choices
with the very friendly Butcher for about 15 minutes I decided to get a nice
beef roast and a couple of pre made baked potatoes...mmmmmmmm, none the less my
meal came out amazing. &nbsp;Tangos has a huge range of products from beef,
pork , lamb, chicken and more; they has pre marinated meats that are ready to
be cook waiting and a tone of choices for great sides to go with it, don&rsquo;t
forget about the great lunch meats for sandwiches. &nbsp;So if you live in the
West End of Vancouver or are passing by then please stop in and check out what
for dinner tonight. &nbsp;<br>
